AU - أبو كرش، نصر ناصر AU - حجازي، جولتان حسن AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرّف درجة استخدام مديري المدارس استراتيجية إدارة الأزمات من وجهة نظر المعلمين في مديرية جنوب نابلس، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة جرى تطوير استبانة مكونة من (37) فقرة موزعة على خمس مجالات وجرى التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، ومن ثم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (333) معلِّماً ومعلِّمة، اختيروا بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة، واستخدمت الدراسة مقياس استراتيجية إدارة الأزمات. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة استخدام مديري المدارس استراتيجية إدارة الأزمة من وجهة نظر المعلمين في مديرية جنوب نابلس جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، فقد بلغ المتوسط الحسابي للأداة ككل (3.70)، ولم تظهر النتائج فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (05.≥α) في درجة استخدام مديري المدارس لاستراتيجية إدارة الأزمات من وجهة نظر المعلمين في مديرية جنوب نابلس تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، والمُؤهِّل العِلمي، وسنوات الخِبرة، والمرحلة التعليمية. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة توصل الباحثان إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: إعداد فرق عمل خاص بالمدرسة متخصصة بإدارة الأزمات المدرسية، مع توزيع المهام، وتحديد الأدوار، وعقد دورات تدريبية لكافة العاملين في إدارة الأزمات، وضـع قاعـدة معرفية لإدارة الأزمـات المدرسية للإفادة مـن التجـارب الـسابقة لحـل الأزمـات المدرسية التـي قـد تقـع مستقبلا. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aims to identify the degree of using crisis management strategies by principals from the teachers’ point of view in south Nablus Directorate of Education. In order to achieve the aim of the study, a questionnaire of 37 items was developed and divided into four dimensions and its validity and stability were verified. The questionnaire was then distributed to the study sample consisting of 333 male and female teachers chosen using the random stratified method; the descriptive approach was used in this study. The study has used a crisis management strategy scale. The results of the study showed that the degree to which principals use the strategy of management crisis from the south directorate’s teachers’ point of view came to a high degree. The mean of all dimensions was 3.70. The results did not show any statistically significant differences at the significance level a≤0.05 in the degree of using crisis management strategies by principals from the point of view of the teachers in the south Nablus Directorate of education attributed to gender variables, educational qualification, years of experience and educational level. In light of the study, the researchers recommended a number of recommendations, including Preparing school work teams specialized in managing school crises, assigning tasks, and defining roles. In addition to holding training courses for the staff team in crisis management and preparing the database for school crisis management taking benefits from previous experiences to solve any crisis that may appear in the future.
