AU - النجار، مرفت عاطف AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى فحص مستوى التميز الأكاديمي وتوكيد الذات المهنية والكفاءة الذاتية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة الأقصى، فضلاً عن استكشاف العلاقة بين التميز الأكاديمي وتوكيد الذات المهنية والكفاءة الذاتية لدى عينة الدراسة، وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (250) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس؛ وطورت الباحثة ثلاثة مقاييس؛ التميز الأكاديمي، وتوكيد الذات المهنية، والكفاءة الذاتية. وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن التميز الأكاديمي وتوكيد الذات المهنية والكفاءة الأكاديمية وقعا ضمن المستوى المرتفع، كما تبين وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التميز الأكاديمي والكفاءة الذاتية، وكذلك وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين توكيد الذات المهنية والكفاءة الذاتية، وتوصي الباحثة بتوفير فرص النمو المهني لأعضاء هيئة التدريس للحفاظ والارتقاء بمستوى أدائهم الجامعي، وتشجيعهم على تقديم الأفكار المبدعة التي ترتقي بالجامعة ومستواها الأكاديمي. The study as well elucidated the relationship between academic excellence, professional self-assertion and self-efficacy among a study sample of 500 staff members. The researcher developed three metrics: Academic Excellence scale, professional self-assertion scale and Self-efficacy scale. The results of the study indicated that the level of academic excellence and professional self-assertion and self-efficacy came at a high level, and it was found that there is a positive statistically significant correlation between the academic excellence and self-efficacy. There is a positive statistically significant correlation between professional self-assertion and self-efficacy. The researcher recommends providing professional advancement opportunities for faculty members to maintain and upgrade their performance, and to encourage them to present innovative ideas that advance the university and its academic level.
