AU - الصانع، فيصل AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد آليات تحسين البيئة التعليمية المحفزة للإبداع والابتكار لدى الشباب السّعودي في منطقتي الحدود الشمالية وحائل، المرتبطة بالهيئة التّعليمية، والمنهج الدراسي، والسياسات التعليمية، والموارد التعليمية. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستعانت بالاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات معتمدة على مقياس ليكرت الخماسي الذي يشمل الآتي: موافقة بشدة، موافقة، محايد، غير موافقة، غير موافقة بشدة. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، أبرزها أنه جاء مستوى توافر آليات تحسين البيئة التعليمية المحفزة للإبداع والابتكار لدى الشباب السعودي في منطقتي الحدود الشمالية وحائل المرتبطة بالهيئة التعليمية، والمنهج الدراسي، والسياسات التعليمية والموارد التعليمية بدرجة استجابة (بدرجة كبيرة)، كما بينت الدراسة حاجة الهيئة التعليمية إلى تبني المزيد من السياسات التي تسهم في تطوير المناهج الدراسية المرتبطة بتحفيز الإبداع والابتكار لدى الشباب، وتفعيل العمل الجماعي بين الطلاب. أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات كتعزيز التفكير الإبداعي والتّصميم في المناهج، وضرورة تشجيع التفكير النقدي والتحليلي لدى الشّباب والشّابات السعوديين في منطقتي الحدود الشّمالية وحائل، واستخدام التعلم القائم على المشروع والحلول الابتكارية في حل المشكلات الحقيقية وتنفيذ المشاريع الإبداعية. The study employed a descriptive-analytical method and used a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection based on a five-point Likert scale, which includes: strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree, and strongly disagree. The study concluded with several findings, the most notable was the availability level of mechanisms for improving the educational environment that stimulates creativity and innovation among Saudi youth in the northern border and hail regions in relation to the educational staff, curriculum, educational policies, and educational resources; it was rated as "high." the study highlighted the need for the educational staff to adopt more policies that contribute to developing curricula associated with stimulating creativity and innovation among youth, and to promote collaborative work among students. The study recommended several actions, including enhancing creative thinking and design in curricula, encouraging critical and analytical thinking among Saudi youth in the northern border and hail regions, and employing project-based learning and innovative solutions to address real-world problems and implement creative projects.
