AU - جعواني، عفاف AU - الكعبي، سليمان بن محمد بن خلفان AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في العملية التعليمية وبيان آثار تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والتحديات التي تواجه استخدامها. ااستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة. أظهرت النتائج جملة من التحديات التي تواجه تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في العملية التعليمية من أبرزها ضعف شبكات الإنترنت في المدارس، ولدى بعض الطلبة في البيوت، وعدم تمكن بعض المعلمين من استخدم التطبيقات بسبب قلة الخبرة في استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، كما أن بعض تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي قد لا تتوافق مع القيم المجتمعية لاسيما التطبيقات المجانية التي قد تتخللها الإعلانات المزعجة، أو المنافية للقيم. توصي الدراسة بأهمية التركيز على تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في العملية التعليمية، وتوفير احتياجاتها ومتطلباتها للمعلمين والطلبة، وتزويد المدارس بأهم تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي الحديثة التي تخدم التربية والتعليم. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to reveal the applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in the educational process and to explain the effects of these applications as well as the challenges facing their use .the researchers employed a descriptive approach to achieve the research objectives. The results identified several challenges associated with ai applications in education. The most significant issue was weak internet connectivity in schools and, for some students, at home. Additionally, some teachers struggled to use ai applications due to a lack of experience with these technologies. Furthermore, some ai applications may not align with societal values, particularly free applications that might include disruptive ads or content contrary to these values. Based on these results, the study recommends focusing on the integration of ai applications into the educational process, addressing the needs and requirements of both teachers and students, and equipping schools with essential modern AI applications that support education.
