AU - إبراهيم، حسام الدين السيد AU - النافعي، تركي بن خالد بن سعيد AU - الحسنية، آمال بنت خلفان بن حميد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف المبادئ الوطنية لأمن وسلامة الأطفال في المدارس بولاية أستراليا الغربية وإمكانية الإفادة منها بسلطنة عُمان، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت تحليل الوثائق في جمع البيانات والمعلومات، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود عشرة مبادئ وطنية لأمن وسلامة الأطفال في المدارس بولاية أستراليا الغربية؛ وهي: القيادة والحوكمة والثقافة، وتمكين الأطفال من المشاركة، وإشراك الأسرة والمجتمع، والعدالة والاحترام، وإدارة الموظفين والمتطوعين، وعملية تقديم الشكاوى والإبلاغ الملائمة للأطفال، والتعليم والتنمية، وبيئات آمنة وعبر الإنترنت، والتحسن المستمر، وسياسات آمنة وودية للأطفال. كما بينت النتائج وجود جهود ملحوظة بسلطنة عُمان لتحقيق أمن وسلامة الأطفال في المدارس؛ وذلك مثل: دليل الأمن والسلامة المدرسية، ولجنة الأمن والسلامة والصحة المدرسية، وقانون الطفل، وقانون التعليم. وأوصت الدراسة بقيام وزارة التربية والتعليم في سلطنة عُمان بإعداد مبادئ وطنية لأمن وسلامة الأطفال في المدارس اعتمادًا على مبادئ ولاية أستراليا الغربية، وذلك بمشاركة واسعة من المؤسسات والمنظمات والوكالات المختصة بهذا المجال. وإعادة تشكيل لجنة الأمن والسلامة والصحة المدرسية في سلطنة عُمان، بحيث تتضمن أعضاء من المجتمع المحلي، وزيادة أعضاء مجلس أولياء أمور الطلة فيها، وتفعيل مجالس الإدارة الطلابية ليكون صوت الأطفال في المدارس، ويعبر عن آمالهم وطموحاتهم في الحياة المدرسية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to identify the national principles for the security and safety of children in schools in the state of Western Australia and the possibility of benefiting from them in the Sultanate of Oman. The study used the descriptive method, and the analysis of documents was used in collecting data and information. The results of the study concluded that there are ten national principles for the security and safety of children in schools in the state of Western Australia, which are: Leadership, Governance and Culture, Empowering Children to Participate, Family and Community Involvement, Fairness and Respect, Staff and Volunteer Management, Child Friendly Complaints and Reporting Process, Education and Development, Safe and Online Environments, Continuous Improvement, and Safe and Child Friendly Policies. The results also showed that there are noticeable efforts in the Sultanate of Oman to achieve the security and safety of children in schools. Such as: the School Security and Safety Guide, the School Security, Safety and Health Committee, the Children’s Law, and the Education Law. The study recommended that the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman prepare national principles for the security and safety of children in schools based on the principles of the state of Western Australia, with broad participation from institutions, organizations and agencies specialized in this field. Increasing the members of the Student Parents Council, and activating the student administration councils to be the voice of children in schools and express their hopes and aspirations in school life.
