AU - زهران، آمنة سعيد AB - هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن مستوى توافر الكفايات المهنية لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الكليات التقنية في الضفة الغربية في ضوء المعايير العالمية. ولتحقيق ذلك اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (321) عضو هيئة تدريس في الكليات التقنية المتوسطة والبالغ عددها (12) كلية. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة أعدت الباحثة استبانة اشتملت في صورتها النهائية على (42) فقرة موزعة على مجالات: المعرفة، التدريس، العلاقات المهنية، المعرفة التكنولوجية والاتصال. وقد كشفت النتائج عن درجة توافر الكفايات المهنية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الكليات التقنية بدرجة كبيرة. ظهرت فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الكفايات المهنية تعزى لمتغيرات كل من: (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة، التأهيل التربوي، والجهة المشرفة). وأوصت الدراسة بأهمية تطوير أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الكليات التقنية بمجالات البحث العلمي، وكذلك تطوير آليات التواصل مع المجتمع المحلي لديهم، بالإضافة إلى رفع كفاياتهم في استخدام أساليب التقييم الوجداني. To achieve this, the study followed the descriptive and analytical approach. The study sample consisted of (321) faculty members in the technical colleges, which numbered (12) colleges. To achieve the aim of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire that included in its final form (42) items distributed in the fields of knowledge, teaching, professional relations, technological knowledge and communication. The results showed the degree of availability of professional competencies among faculty members in technical colleges that were of high degree, and statistically significant differences appeared in the level of professional competencies due to variables of: (academic qualification, years of service, educational qualification, and supervising authority). The study recommended the importance of developing faculty members in technical colleges in the fields of scientific research, as well as developing communication mechanisms with their local community, in addition, raising their competencies in using emotional evaluation methods.
