AU - المنهاوي، عبد الحكيم عبد الرحمن AU - محمود، سامح على مصلحي AU - حسين، أحمد مهدي AB - يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد الأهمية النسبية لمحددات قياس جودة الخدمات التعليمية طبقا لأنموذج الفجوة SERVQUAL من خلال برنامج ماجستير إدارة الجودة، بمعهد الإنتاجية والجودة بالأكاديمية العربية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا والنقل البحري، حيث تقوم مشكلة البحث على تحديد الأهمية النسبية لمحددات جودة الخدمة التعليمية وأهميتها النسبية للطلبة في تحديد جودة الخدمة التعليمية المقدمة لهم، ذلك باستخدام محددات أنموذج SERVQUAL. ويتمثل مجتمع البحث في طلاب وطالبات برنامج ماجستير إدارة الجودة في الأكاديمية والبالغ عددهم (150) دارس، وقد تم استخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل، وأمكن جمع (114) استبانة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي بنسبة (%76) من أفراد المجتمع الأصلي، وهي نسبة مرتفعة وممثلة لمجتمع البحث مقارنة بالأبحاث المماثلة. ومن أهم توصيات البحث: ضرورة الانتباه إلى أن هناك محددات تحتاج لمزيد من التركيز والاهتمام وبذل الجهد نظراً لإرتفاع الأهمية النسبية لها (الاعتمادية، والإستجابة). (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aims to determine the relative importance of the determinants of measuring the quality of educational services according to the SERVQUAL modl )gap model( in the Master of Quality Management program at the Institute of Productivity and Quality at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, by applying the SERVQUAL gap theory, where the research problem is based on determining the determinants of educational service quality and its relative importance for students, using the determinants of the SERVQUAL model. The study population is represented in the students of the Master of Quality Management program in the Academy, whose number is (150) students. The comprehensive enumeration method was used, and it was possible to collect (114) questionnaires valid for statistical analysis by (76%) of the original community members, which is a high percentage that is representative of the community. The study compared to similar research, and among the most important recommendations of the study: the need to pay attention to the fact that there are determinants that need more focus, attention and effort due to their high relative importance (reliability, response).
