AU - محمد، حربي شحاتة رمضان AU - شريف، سهام علي AU - السيد، وهمان همام AB - The aim of this research is to reveal psychological adjustment and its relationship to hyperactivity accompanied by attention deficit among middle school students, male and female, among the members of the current research. The researcher used the descriptive, correlative approach due to its relevance to the nature of the higher research, where he used this approach to reveal the nature of the relationship between the variables of psychological adjustment and hyperactivity accompanied by attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The gender was male or female and the type of education (private - public). The researcher processed the activity statistically using exploratory factor analysis using the principle component chortling method. Hottettimg developed by Hotang as it leads to accurate saturations, the factor analyzes were carried out using the package program spss v.26. The researcher reached results, the most important of which is that: 1) there is a statistically significant correlation between scores on the psychological adjustment scale and their scores on the hyperactivity scale accompanied by distraction, 2) and there are statistically significant differences between mean scores on the psychological compatibility scale due to the difference in the type of education (private - governmental), and there are statistically significant differences. 3) There are statistically significant differences between mean scores on the scale of psychological compatibility due to gender differences, and there are statistically significant differences between mean scores on the hyperactivity scale accompanied by attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and its sub-dimensions due to the difference in the type of education (public - private) in the research sample.
