AU - أبو حسان، جمانة سلطان AU - منصور، عثمان ناصر محمود AB - هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن درجة ممارسة أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس في لواء قصبة عمان. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (50) فقرة بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (238) مديرا ومديرة، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة وبلغ عددهم (165) مديرا ومديرة في لواء قصبة عمان. أظهرت نتائج الدارسة أن درجة ممارسة أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس في لواء قصبة عمان جاءت بدرجة متوسطة على الاستبانة الكلية، وعلى جميع مجالاتها عدا مجال الأخلاقيات التي يلتزم بها المعلمون نحو المجتمع، فقد جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات تقديرات مديري المدارس لدرجة ممارسة أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس لدى المعلمين تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، والجهة المشرفة. أوصت الدراسة بعمل دورات تدريبية لتوعية المعلمين في أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس وتدريبهم على توظيف ذلك في عملهم. A descriptive approach was used in this study. A questionnaire consisting of (50) items was developed after examining its validity and reliability to achieve the study's objectives. The study population consisted of (238) male and female managers. A random sample of (165), both male and female, in Amman was selected for the study. Study finding showed that the level of representation of the teaching profession's ethical standards among teachers was medium, according to school principals in Amman district, as well as in all other themes except "the ethics to which teachers are committed to society". The degree scored high. Also, the study showed that due to the variables of gender, years of experience, and supervising authority; there was no statistically significant difference between school principals, estimated averages of the degree to which teaches represent the ethics of teaching. The study recommended conducting training courses to inform teachers about professional ethics.
