AU - محمد، آية سيد أحمد AU - علي، عبد الهادي عبد الله أحمد AU - علي، أبو اليزيد الصاوي AB - هدف البحث إلى تنمية مهارات إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة لدى طلاب التعليم الثانوي الفني التجاري باستخدام بعض استراتيجيات ما وراء المعرفة. أعدت الباحثة الآتي: قائمة بالمهارات المتضمنة في منهج إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة، واختبار مواقف أدائية، ودليل للمعلم. وفي ضوء ما أسفرت عنه الدراسة من نتائج، أوصت الباحثة بما يلي: 1) ضرورة التركيز على المتطلبات الأساسية اللازمة لمتعلم مادة إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة، وإثراء الكتاب المقرر بأنشطة عملية، وزيادة الحصص المخصصة لتدريس المادة .2) إعادة النظر في أسلوب معالجة المهارات المتضمنة بمنهج إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة، من خلال تصميم بعض المواقف التعليمية باستخدام استراتيجيات التعلم النشط. The results of the study resulted in the researcher recommended the following: 1) The necessity of focusing on the basic requirements necessary for the learner of the management of small projects, enriching the textbook with practical activities, and increasing the shares allocated to teaching the subject. 2) Reconsidering the method of addressing the skills included in the small projects management curriculum by designing some educational situations using active learning strategies.
