AB - The aim of this research is to reveal the factors that contribute to the motor activity accompanied by distraction among middle school students in the light of some demographic variables, males and females, among the members of the current research. (12-14) years old, and the researcher used the descriptive approach (causal and comparative) for its suitability to the nature of the research, where he used this method to reveal the nature of the differences on the scale of hyperactivity accompanied by attention deficit and its subfactors according to the difference of gender (males - females) and grade (first - third). The researcher treats the results statistically using exploratory factor analysis using the basic components principle component Hottettimg developed by Hotelnag Spss. v27 as it leads to accurate saturations, and the factor analysis was carried out using the package program, and the researcher reached results, the most important of which is that the structure of the hyperactivity scale accompanied by distraction is organized in several factors, and there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample members on the hyperactivity scale accompanied by distraction and its sub-dimensions are due to the gender difference (males - females), and there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample members on the hyperactivity scale accompanied by attention-deficit.
