AU - فياض، محمد فتحي عبد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على التخطيط لتنمية الموارد البشرية لإدارة النشاط الرياضي بالمرحلة الثانوية بقطاع غزة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (307) موظف من الإدارة العليا والوسطى والتنفيذية بقطاع غزة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن من أهم أهداف النشاط الرياضي بالمدارس الثانوية اكتساب التلاميذ صفة الانتماء للمجموعة، واكتساب التلاميذ الروح الرياضية، وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن أهم عناصر الاختيار والتعيين لوظيفة مدرس تربية رياضية الاختبارات الشخصية والمؤهلات العلمية، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أهم أهداف التنمية البشرية لإدارة النشاط الرياضي مراعاة عوامل الأمن والسلامة للتلاميذ أثناء ممارسة النشاط الرياضي، والدقة والإتقان في تنفيذ الأعمال. وأوصت الدراسة بتوفير المعلومات اللازمة لتحقيق أهداف النشاط الرياضي بالمدارس الثانوية، وتنظيم دورات للمسؤولين عن الأنشطة الرياضية التي تحتوي على كل ما هو جديد في المجال الرياضي، وضرورة توافر خطط للأنشطة الرياضية المدرسية والتي تتناسب مع الممارسين. The study used the descriptive analytical approach. The study sample included (307) employees from the senior, middle and executive management in the Gaza Strip. The study concluded that one of the most important goals of sports activity in secondary schools is the acquisition of students' belonging to the group, and the students' acquisition of sportsmanship. Considering the factors of security and safety for students during the exercise of sports activity, and accuracy and proficiency in the implementation of work. The study recommended providing the necessary information to achieve the goals of sports activity in secondary schools, organizing courses for those responsible for sports activities that contain all that is new in the sports field, and the need to have plans for school sports activities that are suitable for practitioners.
