AU - ميلاد، عبد الله محمد عودة خضر AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد دور وزارة التربية والتعليم في تنمية الإبداع التكنولوجي لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية، وقد استخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على عينة مكونة (134) مديراً ومن خلال استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائي (SPSS) تم استخلاص النتائج والتي من أهمها: أن الدرجة الكلية لمستوى دور وزارة التربية والتعليم في تعزيز الإبداع التكنولوجي بسبة (60%) وفي المجال المهني (57%)، والمجال الإداري (62%)، والمجال التقني (62%). وقد أوصت الدراسة إلى: 1) دمج مدراء المدارس في الاجتماعات التي تركز على حلول ضعف استخدام وسائل التكنولوجيا المتعددة واختيار البدائل المرغوبة، 2) تنسيق مع مديريات التربية والتعليم لإنشاء مركز تدريب تكنولوجي يعمل على تهيئة مدراء المدارس لزيادة كفاءتهم التكنولوجيا. The analytical descriptive approach was used on a sample of (134) principals. Through the use of the statistical package program (SPSS), the results were drawn, the most important of which are: The Ministry of Education in promoting technological innovation by (60%), in the professional field (57%), in the administrative field (62%), and in the technical field (62%). The study recommended: 1) Multiple technology means and selection of desirable alternatives, 2) Coordination with education directorates to establish a technological training center that prepares school principals to increase their technological competence.
