AU - الحبيب، دانيه بنت أحمد بن سليمان AB - This study aimed to explore the reality of using artificial intelligence applications in the educational process from the prospect of faculty members at King Saud University. To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive approach was employed; and an electronic questionnaire was applied to collect the data from a random sample of (387) faculty members at King Saud University. To analyze and process the collected data, the researcher utilized Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results showed that the assessments of faculty members at King Saud University regarding the reality of using artificial intelligence applications in the educational process came with a (low) degree. While their assessments of the obstacles that limit using artificial intelligence applications in the educational process came with a (high) degree. Moreover, their assessments of the importance of using artificial intelligence applications in the educational process came with a (high) degree. In light of these results, the researcher proposed several recommendations and suggestions to promote using artificial intelligence applications in the educational process.
