AB - The study aimed to present a proposal to improve teaching and learning processes based on digital pedagogy for students with learning difficulties; by using qualitative design. The researcher used the qualitative approach to identify suggestions to improve these processes through (8) interviews with digital transformation personnel. Then, the suggested proposal formulated. The results showed identification of the reality of teaching and teaching using digital technology, the use of digital pedagogy, and professional development.
