AU - مياس، ورود سعيد محمد AU - الخوالدة، تيسير محمد AU - الحراحشة، محمد عبود AU - الزعبي، ميسون طلاع AU - الصرايرة، خالد أحمد AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مديري المدارس في تربية لواء الرمثا في تعزيز ثقافة الأمن الاجتماعي لدى الطلبة وعلاقته بمستوى السعادة لديهم، واتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (300) طالب وطالبة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة من مجتمع الدراسة من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في المدارس الحكومية التابعة لمديرية التربية والتعليم للواء الرمثا، من العام الدراسي 2023-2024، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة طورت الباحثة استبيان من ثلاثة أجزاء الجزء الأول يتضمن المعلومات الديمغرافية، والجزء الثاني " لقياس دور مديري المدارس في تربية لواء الرمثا في تعزيز ثقافة الأمن الاجتماعي لدى الطلبة والجزء الثالث لقياس مستوى السعادة لديهم. أظهرت النتائج: 1) أن دور مديري المدارس في تربية لواء الرمثا في تعزيز ثقافة الأمن الاجتماعي لدى الطلبة جاء متوسطاً لجميع المجالات، كما بينت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد العينة عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥ a) على دور مديري المدارس في تربية لواء الرمثا في تعزيز ثقافة الأمن الاجتماعي لدى الطلبة تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة (الصف، ومكان السكن) ووجود فروق تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور. 2) أن مستوى السعادة لدى الطلبة جاء بدرجة مرتفعة كما بينت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد العينة عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥ a) على مستوى السعادة لدى الطلبة تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة (الصف، ومكان السكن) ووجود فروق تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور. 3) وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين دور مديري المدارس في تربية لواء الرمثا في تعزيز ثقافة الأمن الاجتماعي لدى الطلبة ومستوى السعادة لديهم. في ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج قدمت الباحثة مجموعةً من التوصيات من أبرزها عقد ورشات تدريبية لمديري المدارس والطلبة لتعزيز مفهوم الأمن الاجتماعي. The researcher adopted a descriptive survey-correlational approach, and the study sample consisted of 300 male and female high school students they were chosen randomly selected from the educational community of Al-Ramtha District during the academic year 2024-2023. To achieve the study's objectives, the researcher developed a questionnaire divided into two parts: the first part measured the role of school principals in promoting a culture of social security among students, while the second part measured students' happiness levels. The results showed that: 1) the role of school principals in promoting a culture of social security among students was moderate across all areas. Furthermore, the study results indicated no statistically significant differences in the sample respondents' means at a significance level of (a ≥ 0.05) concerning the role of school principals in promoting a culture of social security among students based on study variables (grade level and place of residence). However, there were significant differences favoring males. 2) Regarding students' happiness levels, the results showed high and moderate agreement scores, and like the previous findings, there were no statistically significant differences in the sample respondents' means at a significance level of (a ≥ 0.05) concerning happiness levels based on study variables (grade level and place of residence). However, there were significant differences favoring males. 3) A positive correlation between the role of school principals in promoting a culture of social security among students in the Al-Ramtha District and their happiness levels. Based on the study's findings, the researcher provided several recommendations, including conducting further studies and research at different educational levels due to the importance of the topic. Additionally, it was recommended to continue organizing training workshops for school principals and students to enhance the concept of social security.
