AU - الدوسري، راشد عامر AB - The aim of this research is to identify parents' perceptions of distance education during the Corona pandemic, and the study adopted the descriptive approach for its relevance to the current study, and the study population consisted of (100) members of Saudi families (Saudi society) for the academic year 2020, and the entire study population was selected as a sample to study in order to get acquainted with parents' perceptions of distance education during the pandemic in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the current study tool was a questionnaire to collect data, as it was designed and developed by the researcher after reviewing relevant previous studies, and it consisted of (29) related paragraphs to the subject of the study. The study found that there is awareness and knowledge among parents of the Corona pandemic, as its arithmetic average reached (4.20), and the standard deviation reached (0.43), and there are many educational problems that faced parents as a result of not going to schools due to the Corona pandemic, and that such as the absence of competition among students, the presence of technical problems such as slow Internet and computer problems, and the lack of information obtained as a result of not going to school, as its arithmetic average reached (4.04), and the standard deviation (0.47). This study recommended the importance of organizing training courses for teachers to employ remote education in conjunction with regular education, and work on strengthening the link between the school and the family in order to achieve cooperation in activating distance education.
