AB - This study aimed to know “the attitude of male and female teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia towards distance education during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic”, as the study focused on “What is the attitude of male and female teachers in Saudi Arabia towards distance education during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic”) ", In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we prepared a questionnaire form as a tool of the descriptive curriculum, and it was applied to (906) teachers in public education, and the number of questionnaire questions reached (15) questions distributed on four categories, and the study was divided into three chapters, the first chapter included the methodological aspect, the second chapter Represented in the theoretical side of the study, it under the title of distance education, while the third and final chapter represents the practical side of the study, so that we concluded the following most prominent results: The majority of male and female teachers are not able or do not have experience in distance education, the level of productivity is lower in distance education compared to traditional direct education. The study also revealed that there are advantages and challenges to applying distance education during the Coronavirus pandemic, the study also showed agreement that the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia provides sufficient organizational support for the teacher. Finally, the study revealed the reasons for male and female teachers' desire to pursue distance education even after the end of the Coronavirus pandemic, as well as the reasons for unwillingness to do so. Based on these results, the following recommendations were made: Adopting the use of the blended learning method through the combination of the traditional and electronic method (distance education) in education, optimism and the desire to perform a work is an important factor for its performance and completion in the best way, especially if this work is the service of the student, The necessity of implementing training courses for male and female teachers in the use of modern educational methods in distance education, the necessity of constant awareness of the effectiveness of distance education to face crises and disasters, conducting more studies on distance education to measure the impact on academic achievement.
