AU - بشر، بليغ علي حسن AU - الأغبري، محمد عبد الرزاق AB - The research aimed to investigate the impact of human resources practices; bonus & rewards, promotion, and performance appraisal on job satisfaction. The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach to answer the research questions and to test its hypotheses. The research population constituted from 4505 which is the total number of employees working in the Bureau of the Ministry of Education in Republic of Yemen. The research relied on a questionnaire developed by the researcher and distributed to 450 employees and 385 questionnaires were collected that constitutes a response rate of 80.00% . The research tests the validity of the research instrument and finds it a very strong. The research results showed a significant relationship between human resource practices and job satisfaction. Additionally, the findings revealed that bonus & rewards exerted the highest impact on job satisfaction, followed by promotion and lastly performance appraisal. The research concluded that there is an overall feeling of job satisfaction exhibited by employees working in this ministry. The research recommended the necessity to align the training needs analysis reports to employees’ development plans, and to design the annual professional development plans accordingly.
