AB - The study aimed to identify the level of social interactions outside the home among kindergarten children in the Northern governorate of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The study also aimed to verify the extent of fundamental differences between males and females on social interactions outside the home. The study was conducted on a sample of 49 children, (28 boys and 21 girls) from Sindbad Kindergarten in the Northern Governorate of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Their age ranged from 4 to 6 years, with an average age of 5.21 years and a standard deviation of 0.54. The study concluded that social media reached 82.93%, social interest reached 80.95%, and the social preoccupation reached 82.11%. The overall score for social interaction was 82.05%. The previous levels were high compared to the hypothetical mean of the scale scores. The results also showed that there were no signiftant differences between males and females on social interactions outside the home and on its sub-dimensions (social media, social interest, and social preoccupation).
