AB - هدفت الدّراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر مشروع منصة لتعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها وفق معايير الجودة في تطوير مهارة القراءة لدى طلبة المستوى المتوسط A. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج شبه التجريبي، حيث تمّ تطبيق الدراسة على عدد من الطلبة قوامهم (13) طالبا وطالبة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية في إحدى المدارس الخاصة الدولية التابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية، حيث أنهم الأفراد المتاحون، وتمّ تطوير أداتي الدراسة: بطاقة ملاحظة الطلاقة القرائية، واختبار الفهم والاستيعاب القرائي، وتمّ التأكد من صدق وثبات الأداتين. أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق جوهرية بين متوسطات درجات الطلبة على المقياس القبلي والبعدي على مقياس الطلاقة القرائية تعزى لطريقة التدريس (المنصة الإلكترونية BelArabi) لصالح المقياس البعدي. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق جوهرية بين متوسطات درجات الطلبة على المقياس القبلي والبعدي على مقياس الفهم القرائي تعزى لطريقة التدريس (المنصة الإلكترونية BelArabi) لصالح المقياس البعدي. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة توفير فرص للمعلمين للحصول على التدريب المستمر حول كيفية استخدام التكنولوجيا والممارسات الفعّالة في تعليم القراءة، وحث المؤسسات التعليمية على توفير الموارد اللازمة لتوفير التكنولوجيا والموارد التعليمية الملائمة لتحقيق أهداف تعليم القراءة. AB - The study aimed to reveal the impact of the "BelArabi" platform project, designed for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers according to quality standards, on developing reading skills among intermediate level A students. The study adopted a quasi-experimental approach, where it was conducted on a group of 13 students, intentionally selected from one of the private international schools affiliated with the Jordanian Ministry of Education, as they were the available subjects. The study developed two instruments: a fluency in reading observation card, and a reading comprehension and understanding test, ensuring the validity and reliability of both tools. The results showed significant differences between the students' average scores on the pre-test and post-test in the reading fluency measure, attributed to the teaching method (the "BelArabi" electronic platform), in favor of the post-test. Similarly, the results indicated significant differences between the students' average scores on the pre-test and post-test in the reading comprehension measure, attributed to the teaching method (the "BelArabi" electronic platform), in favor of the post-test. The study recommended the necessity of providing opportunities for teachers to receive ongoing training on how to use technology and effective practices in teaching reading, and urged educational institutions to provide the necessary resources to offer the technology and educational materials suitable for achieving the goals of reading education.
