AU - البلوشية، زمزم بنت علي بن جمعة AU - الخواجة، عبد الفتاح محمد AU - الفواعير، أحمد محمد جلال AU - حالو، أحمد AU - رضوان، سامر جميل AU - القصابي، خليفة بن أحمد بن حميد AU - الظفري، سعيد بن سليمان AB - تهدف الدراسة لكشف العلاقة بين توكيد الذات واتخاذ القرار لدى طلبة الصف العاشر بمحافظة جنوب الباطنة، حيث تكونت العينة من 300 طالب وطالبة من خلال العينة المتيسرة، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي حيث تم جمع البيانات باستخدام أداتين: الأولى مقياس توكيد الذات لراثوس (Rathus,1978)، ومقياس اتخاذ القرار من إعداد الباحثة. فلقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنّ مستوى توكيد الذات جاء متوسطًا، كما أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى اتخاذ القرار كان متوسطًا، في حين أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 = α) في تقديرات عينة الدراسة. بينما في مقياس توكيد الذات تُعزى لمتغير الجنس وكانت الفروق دالة لصالح عينة الإناث، كما أظهرت وجود علاقة طردية بين مستوى توكيد الذات واتخاذ القرار؛ وهذا يعني أنه كلما زاد توكيد الذات زاد متوسط اتخاذ القرار. The sample consisted of 300 students who were selected randomly. The researcher used the descriptive approach in its two styles (relational / comparative) and the data were collected using two tools: the first one is the Rathus Self-Assertion Scale (Rathus, 1978), and the decision-making scale. The results of the study showed that the level of self-assertion among the tenth grade students in the governorate of South Al Batinah was medium, and the results indicated that the level of decision-making was moderate. Moreover, the results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) in the estimates of the study sample in the self-assertion scale, which is attributed to the gender variable. The differences has shown in function for the female sample. It also showed a positive relationship between the level of self-assertion and decision-making.
