AU - الطائي، رائد إبراهيم AB - یعد التعلیم الإلكتروني من أهم أسالیب التعلیم الحدیثة، فهو یساعد فی حل مشكلة الانفجار المعرفي، والإقبال المتزاید على التعلیم، وتوسیع فرص القبول في التعلیم، والتمكن من تدریب وتعلیم العاملین تحت مسمیات المعلمین والتدریسیین وتأهیلهم لإتقان التعلیم الالكتروني وممارستهم له، وتعلیم الطلبة وتفاعلهم مع هذا النوع من التعلیم مما یسهم في رفع نسبة المتعلمین، وصولا الى انتاج مخرجات تعلیمیة فعالة وناجحة تخص الطلب. ویحمل التعلیم الإلكتروني القدرة الواسعة للوصول لكلا من المصادر والأفراد، فقد أصبح متاح للأفراد من كوادر تدریسیة وطلبة وادارات وتهیئة عدد كبیر من الفرص التعلیمیة التكنولوجیة. یتمیز هذا العصر بالتغیرات السریعة الناجمة عن التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي وتقنیة المعلومات، لذا أصبح من الضروري مواكبة العملیة التربویة لهذه التغیرات لمواجهة المشكلات التي قد تنتج معها مثل كثرة المعلومات وزیادة عدد الطلاب ونقص المدرسین وبعد المسافات. ومع ظهور الثورة التكنولوجیة في تقنیة المعلومات، والتي جعلت من العالم قریة صغیرة زادت الحاجة إلى تبادل الخبرات مع الآخرین وتفاعلهم ورغبتهم في التواصل التكنولوجي، وحاجة الطالب لبیئات غنیة متعددة المصادر للبحث والتطویر الذاتي، فظهر مفهوم التعلیم الإلكتروني، والذي هو أسلوب من أسالیب التعلیم في إیصال المعلومة للمتعلم، یعتمد على التقنیات الحدیثة للحاسب والشبكة العالمیة ووسائطه المتعددة (أقراص مدمجة، برمجیات تعلیمیة، برید إلكتروني، ساحات حوار ونقاش، فصول افتراضیة). سیتم التطرق الى ما یتعلق بالتعلیم الالكتروني من خلال: 1) أهداف التعلیم الالكتروني ومدیات تحقیق تطبیقاته في البیئة التعلیمیة. 2) صعوبات توظیف وتطبیقات التعلیم الالكتروني من وجهة نظر الاساتذة والطلبة والامكانیات والدعم الفني للادارات المدرسیة والجامعیة. 3) طرح بعض من استراتیجیات واسالیب وطرائق التدریس الحدیثة التي تنضوي تحت مظلة التعلیم الالكتروني على وفق تطبیقات تكنولوجیا التعلیم. 4) مهارات وتطبیقات اعداد برامجیات الشرائح التعلیمیة الالكترونیة ومدى اتقانها من قبل القائم على التدریس وتوفیرها داخل البیئة الصفیة التعلیمیة. 5) المعلم الالكتروني الواقع والطموح. 6) كیفیة تحویل التعلیم التقلیدي الى التعلیم الالكتروني ومدى تفاعل المناهج الرسمیة مع تكنولوجیا التعلیم.
