AU - سالم، محمد عبد الستار AU - عيسى، أحمد نبوي AU - عثمان، خالد عبد الحميد AB - يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد الكفايات المهنية في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة وتكونت عينة الدراسة من مجموعة معلمي التربية الخاصة بلغت 110 معلم تربية خاصة في مسارات (العقلي/ الصعوبات/ السمعي). وكانت من نتائجها: 1) مستوى الكفايات المهنية/ المعرفية / الأدائية لدى معلمي ومعلمات (العقلي / السمعي/ الصعوبات ) متوسطة الدلالة الإحصائية، ومستوى الكفايات الوجدانية لدى معلمي ومعلمات (العقلي / السمعي/ الصعوبات ) عالية الدلالة الإحصائية في كافة عينة الدراسة. 2) لا توجد فروق دالة في الكفايات المعرفية والوجدانية والأدائية باختلاف (النوع / التخصص/ سنوات الخبرة / تفاعل التخصص مع النوع / تفاعل التخصص مع سنوات الخبرة، ومنطقة العمل). 3) توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الكفايات الأدائية ومجمل الكفايات المهنية لعينة الدراسة باختلاف منطقة العمل لصالح مدينة جدة ثم مكة المكرمة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This research aims to determine the professional competence in the light of the comprehensive quality standards and this study sample consisted of a group of special education of 110 special education teacher in the paths (mental/ learning disabilities/ deaf and heard of hearing), the study found the following results: 1) the level of professional competence/ knowledge/ performance of (mental/ audio/ difficulties) teachers is medium statistical significance, and the level of emotional skills (mental/ audio/ difficulties) teachers is high statistical significance in all the study sample. 2) There are no significant differences in cognitive and affective skills and performance in different (type/ specialty/ years of experience/ interaction with the type of specialization/ specialty interaction with years of experience, and work area). 3) There are significant differences in performance skills and overall professional competence of the study sample according to the work area for the city of Jeddah and Mecca al Taif.
