AU - العسال، هبة درويش أحمد AU - أحمد، إبراهيم إبراهيم أحمد AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة الكفاءة الذاتية وعلاقتها بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي الشخصي والقدرة على إتخاذ القرار لدى طالبات الجامعة، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (200) طالبة من طالبات جامعة الحدود الشمالية بالمملكة العربية السعودية. قد استخدمت الدراسة مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة من إعداد الباحثان، مقياس التخطيط الاستراتيجي الشخصي من إعداد الباحثان، مقياس القدرة على إتخاذ القرار من إعداد الباحثان، وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام 2014-2015. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن قيمة معامل الارتباط بين الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة والقدرة على التخطيط الإستراتيجي الشخصي لدى طالبات الجامعة هو 0.520. وتوجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية 0.001 وبذلك يتحقق الفرض الأول، كما أظهرت أن قيمة معامل الارتباط بين الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة لدى طالبات الجامعة والقدرة على إتخاذ القرار لديهن هو 0.301 وتوجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية 0.001 وبذلك يتحقق الفرض الثاني، كذلك أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن قيمة معامل الارتباط بين التخطيط الإستراتيجي الشخصي والقدرة على إتخاذ القرار لدى طالبات الجامعة هو 0.128. لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند أي مستوى معنوية وبذلك لا يتحقق الفرض الثالث. Sample study consisted of 200 female students from the Northern Border University in Saudi Arabia, researchers used self-efficacy perceived scale prepared by the researchers, personal strategic planning scale prepared by the researchers and ability-to-make decision measure prepared by them and the study has been applied during the first semester of the academic year 2014-2015. The study followed the descriptive approach, and the results of the study indicated that the value of the correlation coefficient between self-efficacy perceived & personal strategic planning capacity among university students is 0.520 and there is a statistically significant relationship at the moral level of 0.001 and thereby the first hypothesis is achieved. Also results showed that the value of the correlation coefficient between self-efficacy perceived among university female students and the ability to make decision is 0.301 and there is a statistically significant relationship at the moral level of 0.001 and so the second hypothesis is achieved. the results of the study also showed that the value of the correlation coefficient between personal strategic planning and decision-making capacity among university female students is 0.128 and there is a statistically significant relationship at any level of moral and thereby third hypothesis cannot be achieved.
