AU - عبد الدايم، محمد عزت عبد الله AU - ناصف، محمد أحمد AU - عليوه، مسلم محمد AB - يتناول البحث آليات تطوير السياسة التعليمية بالتعليم الديني قبل الجامعي في إندونيسيا، وتشمل هذه الآليات، آلية الاستفتاء، وآلية إعلان الوثيقة، وآلية أجهزة الإعلام والصحافة، وآلية ورش العمل، وآلية الشبكات المساندة لصناع السياسة التعليمية، وآلية المجالس الاستشارية، وآلية التكنولوجيا، وآلية بيوت الخبرة ومكاتب الاستشارات، ويتناول البحث أيضا آليات صنع السياسة التعليمية بالتعليم قبل الجامعي بالأزهر الشريف، والتي شملت تكليفات القيادات العليا بالأزهر الشريف مثل شيخ الأزهر ووكيل الأزهر ورئيس قطاع المعاهد الأزهرية وغيرها، والدراسات والبحوث والتقارير، واللجان المتخصصة وورش العمل، والاجتماعات والندوات، وأخيرا المؤتمرات العلمية، وتناول البحث أيضا، مفهوم السياسة التعليمية وأهميتها، وتوصل البحث في النهاية إلى مجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة لتطوير آليات صنع السياسة التعليمية بالتعليم الديني قبل الجامعي في إندونيسيا في ضوء خبرة الأزهر الشريف بمصر منها، السماح للآباء وأولياء الأمور بالزيارات الميدانية ومناقشة القادة والمعلمين في الأمور الخاصة بمدى جدية السياسات التعليمية ومدى ملائمتها للأبناء، وإنشاء مجلس المجتمع والآباء لإسداء المشورة للقائمين على العملية التعليمية في إندونيسيا، وإطلاق موقع الآباء في التعليم كبوابة على الإنترنت للآباء والأمهات لمساعدتهم على نحو أفضل في دعم تعليم وتنمية الطلاب والطالبات.
