AU - عبد الحميد، أيمن عبد العزيز AB - This study aimed to identify the correlation between tests of performance skilled in basketball to the students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at the University of King Saud University. Also identify the correlation between physical performance tests for the same study group. Then identify the correlation between physical performance and skilled performance in basketball for the same study's group. The sample consisted of (30) students registered for the basketball course during the first semester of the academic year 1429-1430. The researcher used a set of skilled tests that measure basic skills of the game: dribbling, basing, and corrigendum. And a set of physical tests: the broad jump, vertical jump, Illinois test for agility, speed 30 m, and speed endurance test 20m×6 times. The arithmetic mean, standard deviation, T score, and Pearson correlation were used to answer questions study. With respect to skilled tests. The study found: There is a correlation between the three tests for correction. There is no correlation between the basing test and all skilled tests, between Straight dribbling and all skilled tests, and between Zigzag dribbling and all skilled tests. With respect to physical tests. The study found: There is a correlation between speed test and all physical tests, between the broad jump and all physical tests, between Illinois test and all physical tests Except speed endurance test, and between vertical jump test and all physical tests Except speed endurance test. With respect to Relationship between physical performance and skilled performance. The study found There is a correlation between physical performance and skilled performance. The study recommended the need to build new and improved tests to measure physical performance and skilled performance in basketball, especially for students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at King Saud University. And the need to rely on T score to convert the raw degree to marks for the students.
