AU - أبو الوفا، جمال محمد محمد AU - داود، عبد العزيز أحمد محمد نصر AU - حسين، لمياء صلاح سالم AB - هدفت الدراسة التعرف على الأسس الفكرية للقيادة الاستراتيجية لدى مديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي؛ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، من خلال تحليل الأدب النظري المتعلق بالقيادة الاستراتيجية، وتقسيمها إلى خمسة أبعاد هي (الممارسات الأخلاقية، قيادة موارد المدرسة، الضوابط التنظيمية المتوازنة، القيادة التنظيمية الفعالة، التوجه الاستراتيجي). توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى ممارسة مديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي لأبعاد القيادة الاستراتيجية من وجهة نظر المعلمين مرتفع، کما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ظاهرية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لمستوى ممارسة القيادة الاستراتيجية من وجهة نظرهم تبعًا لمتغير الخبرة، الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، ومن ثم أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطوير علاقات تنظيمية بين العاملين مع احترام أراء وحقوق الآخرين والشفافية، وضرورة التزام القيادة التربوية بمؤسسات التعليم بأخلاقيات المهنة في السلوكيات والممارسات، وأن يتم اختيار قيادات المدارس وفق معايير تستند إلى قيم تكافؤ الفرص. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach, by analyzing the theoretical literature related to strategic leadership, and dividing it into five dimensions: (ethical practices, school resource leadership, balanced organizational controls, effective organizational leadership, and strategic orientation). The results of the study concluded that the level of practice of managers Basic education schools for the dimensions of strategic leadership from the teachers ’point of view is high, and the results of the study showed apparent differences between the arithmetic averages of the level of strategic leadership practice from their point of view depending on the variable of experience, gender, and academic qualification, and then the study recommended the need to develop organizational relationships between workers while respecting the opinions of The rights of others and transparency, and the need for educational leadership in educational institutions to adhere to professional ethics in behaviors and practices, and for school leaders to be selected according to criteria based on the values of equal opportunity.
