AU - عبد الغفور، محمد AU - المطوع، عهود AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الكفايات التربوية لدى معلمي مراكز تعليم الكبار، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (662) متعلما ومتعلمة من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في جميع مناطق الكويت التعليمية، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة. وتم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: أن الكفايات الثلاثة كانت متوسطة من حيث توافرها، لا يوجد فروق في الكفايات الثلاثة في ضوء متغير الجنسية، توجد فروق بين الذكور والإناث في الكفايات الثلاث لصالح الذكور، كما يوجد فروق فيما يتعلق بالمنطقة التعليمية لصالح مناطق حولي والأحمدي والجهراء وكانت هناك فروق فيما يتعلق بمتغير المرحلة الدراسية لصالح الصف الثاني عشر أدبي، وكانت هناك فروق كذلك فيما يتعلق بالمرحلة الدراسية لصالح الدارسين في مراكز تعليم الكبار لفترة من 7-9 سنوات في الكفايات المعرفية، وكانت هناك فروق كذلك فيما يتعلق بالهدف من الدراسة لصالح من كان هدفهم الحصول على الثانوية العامة فقط، وأخيرا كان هناك فروق في ضوء متغير العمر لصالح الأعمار الأعلى في الكفايات الثلاثة. وأوصت الدراسة ضرورة اعتماد تخصص تعليم الكبار في كليات التربية لتخريج معلمين مختصين بمتطلبات هذا التعليم والاهتمام به، إجراء تقويم مستمر للبرامج التدريبية المقدمة لمعلمي تعليم الكبار أثناء الخدمة لضمان استجابتها للاحتياجات الفعلية للمعلمين كما وكيفا. It included a sample of (662) male and female students from The Secondary Stage in all of The Educational Areas in Kuwait, the study tool is a questionnaire, the following results were concluded: The three competencies were moderate in terms of availability, no differences in the three competencies in light of the variable of nationality, Differences exist between males and females in the three competencies in favor of males. There are other differences related to the educational areas in favor of Hawally, Al- Ahmadi and Al- Jahra Educational Areas. There are also differences related to the variable of the educational stage in favor of the twelfth grade "literary". There are differences as well as in relation to the educational stage in favor of the students who spent 7-9 years in The Adult Educational Centers according to their cognitive skills. There are also other differences with regard to the purpose of studying in these centers in favor of those whose goal was only to get the high school certificate. Finally, there are differences related to the students' age variable in favor of older ages in the three competencies.
