AU - الروقي، عزيزة عبد الهادي عطا الله AU - الروقي، راشد محمد عبود AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الشراكة المجتمعية في نجاح العملية التعليمية لأطفال الروضة في مدينة الطائف من وجهة نظر المعلمات، حيث اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي كمنهج للدراسة، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، مستخدمةً العينة العشوائية لاستطلاع آراء مجتمع الدارسة والمكونة من (212) معلمةً. وقد أظهرت الدراسة أن دور الأسرة في نجاح العملية التعليمية لأطفال الروضة جاء بوزن نسبي مرتفع (%92.6) حيث احتل المرتبة الأولى، وأن توفُّر متطلبات تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية في العملية التعليمية جاء بوزن نسبي مرتفع (%89.9)، ودور المؤسسات المجتمعية في نجاح العملية التعليمية جاء بوزن نسبي مرتفع (%88.3(، وكذلك أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في استجابات عينة الدراسة تبعًا لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة اهتمام رياض الأطفال في زيادة شراكة مؤسسات المجتمع من خلال مشاركتها في برامج المسئولية الاجتماعية، وحث مؤسسات المجتمع على إجراء زيارات مستمرة لمرافق رياض الأطفال؛ للوقوف عن كثب لمساعدة رياض الأطفال في تنفيذ برامجها التعليمية. The Study followed the descriptive approach mythology based on questionnaire as a study tool, with (212) teachers chosen randomly. The study results showed that the family has a high role in the success of the educational process for kindergarten children with a relative weight (92.6%), in addition the requirements for activating community partnership also has a high role in the success of educational process with relative weight (89.9%), and community institutions has a high role in the success of the educational process with relative weight (88.3%). The results also showed that there are no differences in teachers' responses related to their academic qualification and experience. The study recommends greater partnership between kindergarten community institutions through social responsibility programs. The study also recommends community institutions to make continuous visits to kindergarten in order to know its educational programs implementation requirements.
