(33) principals and (32) principals, and the study tool was a questionnaire that included (32) items that dealt with the phenomenon of school violence, and the results showed that the role of school principals and principals in addressing the phenomenon of violence was average, as for the effect of gender, qualification and experience in management in addressing the phenomenon violence.
