AU - العامري، خلود محمد AB - هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن تحديات العدالة التنظيمية في التعليم عن بعد من وجهة نظر القادة. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج النوعي. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك ثلاث تحديات من وجهة نظر القائدات وهي: تحديات شخصية، تحديات تقنية، تحديات مهنية. وقد أوصت الدراسة بالتالي: ضرورة الاهتمام برفع ثقافة العدالة التنظيمية، التركيز على تحديات العدالة التنظيمية ووضع خطط لمواجهتها. The study used the qualitative method. From the women leaders' perspective, the challenges have been divided into three themes: personal, technical and professional. The study therefore recommended: that attention should be paid to raising the culture of organizational justice, focus on organizational justice challenges and develop plans to face it.
