AU - شعيبات، محمد عوض AU - سمير، حنان موسى محمد AU - اليتيم، أماندا سمعان AB - The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which Al-Quds University's Master of Educational Administration program contributed to the professional growth of its alumni. The study population consisted of all graduates of the Master’s program in Education Administration at Al-Quds University since the beginning of the program in 1997 until the year 2020/2021, totaling (430) graduates. In this research, the researchers utilized the descriptive approach, and the tools that were utilized to collect data and achieve the study’s objectives were the questionnaire tool for the program graduates and the interview tool for the program supervisors. The study sample for the questionnaire tool included (100) graduates, who were chosen by the snowball sampling method by 23.3% of the study population, whereas the study sample for the interview tool consisted of (6) supervisors familiar with the program, and was conducted using the non-probability sampling. The questionnaire tool consisted of (44) paragraphs divided into four scopes: (the reason for joining the Master of Educational Administration program, the field of knowledge and skills of graduates of the educational administration specialization, the field of goals that the program seeks to achieve, and the field of program outputs), in addition to the interview that included (5) Open-ended questions. The validity and reliability of the two study tools were verified using appropriate educational and statistical methods. The results of the study showed that the Master of Educational Administration program at Al-Quds University made a significant contribution to the professional development of its graduates, as the arithmetic mean of the total degree scored (3.35). The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the contribution of Al-Quds University’s Master of Educational Administration program to the professional development of its graduates due to the following variables, (gender, job title, and years of work experience). The results of the interviews with the supervisors involved in the program indicated that the Master of Education Administration contributes greatly to the professional development of graduates, as it reflects on social, economic, and educational levels. In light of the study’s findings, the researchers has reached a number of recommendations, including the necessity for the Ministry of Education to pay close attention to this specialization because of its positive effects on the professional growth of educators.
