AU - حوامدة، إيناس محمود أحمد AB - Since the children's libraries project is important to support and enhance the culture of children in Jordan, especially cities and villages, the children's library initiative must be funded by government and private institutions such as the Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation, as the municipalities do in providing all the possibilities available to them, the main objective of the research was to become municipal public libraries Lifelong learning support centers for local citizens especially kindergartens in poor towns and villages that do not have the means, especially those who belong to the disadvantaged segments of society. Libraries are invited to join the project which provides collaborative opportunities. There is a major role for municipalities in activating children's libraries in Jordan. It is expected that the partnerships that libraries receive from the governmental and private sectors will enhance the cultural development of children.
