In this research, kindergarten citizenship is measured by pictured citizenship scale in kindergarten. It results in the important role of the mother and family to instill citizenship value in kindergarten. Therefore, children will give loyalty to their countries and works. In addition, they will feel proud of their own country and responsibilities. They will know their rights there. This research ends with some recommendations to encourage the society to create projects enhancing the value of citizenship for kindergarten children.
