AU - العتيبي، أميرة عشق نجر AB - This study was conducted to research how to motivate the performance of the teacher in Saudi Arabia through the law -No Child Left Behind-" The most famous accountability model in USA". The study used the qualitative methodology using two tools “document analysis and interviews with policy makers" and used “thematic analysis" to analyze qualitative. The study then came up with a proposed strategy for teacher accountability in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, using the model of the law of no child left behind. Finally; the study was concluded by two proposals, first: different sample and different methodology. Second: proposals of research topics for researchers to do, such as studies of the countries experiences that achieved high quality of education like Finland.
