AU - خشان، بلال محمد أحمد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى الاستعداد الإلكتروني والرقمي عند مدراء المدارس الحكومية بلواء قصبة عمان وأثره في إدارة المهام الإدارية من وجهة نظر المعلمين بنفس اللواء، حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت الأداة في استبانة تم توزيعها على مجموعة من المعلمين والمعلمات في نفس المديرية والبالغ عددهم (360) معلما ومعلمة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، من أبرز ما توصلت إليه الدراسة وجود أثر حقيقي للاستعداد الرقمي لدى مدراء المدارس في إدارة المهام الإدارية على متوسط كلي (4 من 5) أي بدرجة مرتفعة، وعدم وجود فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد العينة على الأداة ككل تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي)، وفي ضوء النتائج أوصى الباحث بضرورة عقد مجتمعات تعلم مهني للمعلمين ومدراء المدارس تساعدهم على استخدام الحاسوب والإنترنت بكفاءة عالية وفعالية للتعامل مع متطلبات التعلم الرقمي والمهام الإدارية، بالإضافة إلى دعم الاستعداد الرقمي وانعكاسه على تعلم الطلبة. (360) male and female teachers, they were chosen in a simple random way, one of the most prominent findings of the study is that there is a real effect of the digital readiness of school principals in managing administrative tasks on a total average (4 out of 5), i.e., a high degree, and there is no statistically significant difference between the averages. The computational responses of the sample members to the tool as a whole are attributed to the variables (gender, experience, educational qualification), and in light of the results, the researcher recommended the necessity of holding professional learning communities for teachers and school principals to help them use the computer and the Internet with high efficiency and effectiveness to deal with the requirements of digital learning and administrative tasks, in addition to supporting digital readiness and its reflection on student learning.
