AU - المسهلي، أمة الله دحان حسين AB - هدف البحث إلى التعرف على درجة المواءمة بين مخرجات التعليم العالي واحتياجات سوق العمل، من وجهة أداريي وأعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات اليمنية، للمساهمة في اقتراح حلول قد تفيد في الارتقاء بمخرجات التعليم العالي باليمن، بما يوائم احتياجات سوق العمل. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (42) فردا من إداريي وأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة حجة، ولتحليل بيانات البحث، استخدمت المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية. أظهرت نتائج البحث أن تقدير أفراد عينة البحث لدرجة مواءمة مخرجات التعليم العالي واحتياجات سوق العمل باليمن كان منخفضا، كما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة مواءمة مخرجات التعليم العالي واحتياجات سوق العمل، من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة لكل محور وفق متغير (نوع المؤهل). وتوصل البحث إلى اقتراح حلول قد تفيد في الارتقاء بمخرجات التعليم العالي في اليمن، بما يتواءم باحتياجات سوق العمل. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The aim of the research is to identify the degree of compatibility between the outputs of higher education and the needs of the labor market, from the point of view of administrators and faculty members in Yemeni universities, to contribute to suggesting solutions that may benefit in upgrading the outputs of higher education in Yemen, in a manner that harmonizes the needs of the labor market. The study sample consisted of (42) administrative and faculty members at the University of Hajjah, and to analyze the research data, arithmetic averages and standard deviations were used. There are no statistically significant differences in the degree of alignment of higher education outcomes with the needs of the labor market, from the point of view of the sample members for each axis according to the variable (type of qualification). The research reached to suggest solutions that may be useful in improving the outputs of higher education in Yemen, in line with the needs of the labor market.
