AU - الناظر، نيفين أسامة AU - مخامرة، كمال خليل AU - أبو منشار، منال ماجد AB - تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على القيادة بالحب لدى المدراء وعلاقتها بالالتزام التنظيمي لدى المعلمين في المدارس الحكومية في مديرية تربية وتعليم الخليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتم الاعتماد على مقياس مكون من (65) فقرة موزعة على محورين، حيث تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (186) معلم ومعلمة، وتم التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات باستخدام برنامج الرزم الاجتماعية (SPSS) ومعادلة ألفا كرونباخ واختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين، بالإضافة إلى المتوسطات والانحرافات المعيارية لفقرات الاستبانة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك علاقة إيجابية بين القيادة بالحب والالتزام التنظيمي لدى معلمي المدارس الحكومية في الخليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وتبين أن درجة الالتزام التنظيمي لدى معلمي المدارس في مديرية تربية وتعليم الخليل جاءت مرتفعة، درجة ممارسة القيادة بالحب لدى مدراء المدارس في مديرية تربية وتعليم الخليل جاءت مرتفعة، حيث تبين أنه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات ممارسة القيادة بالحب لدى مدراء المدارس الحكومية في الخليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين باختلاف المتغيرات (الجنس، سنوات الخبرة) لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الالتزام التنظيمي لدى معلمي المدارس الحكومية في الخليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين باختلاف (الجنس، سنوات الخبرة) وكانت أهم التوصيات تعزيز ثقافة القيادة بالحب حيث أن طريقة تعامل المدراء مع المعلمين وأولياء الأمور تساهم في رفع إنتاجية المدرسة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed at identifying the leadership with love among principals and its relationship to the organizational commitment of teachers in Hebron education directorate public schools from the teachers’ perspectives. A random sample of (186) male and female teachers was selected. Statistical analysis of the data was done using (SPSS), Cronbach's alpha equation and t-test for two independent samples, in addition to the averages and standard deviations of the questionnaire items. The results of the study showed that there is a positive relationship between leadership with love and organizational commitment among public school teachers in Hebron education directorate, and it was found that the degree of organizational commitment of school teachers in the Hebron Education Directorate was high, the degree of leadership practice with love among school principals in Hebron Education Directorate was high. It was also found that there are no statistically significant differences between the average degrees of leadership with love among the principals of public schools in Hebron from the teachers' perspectives according to these different variables (gender, years of experience).The results also shows that there are no statistically significant differences between the average degrees of the organizational commitment of public school teachers in Hebron from teachers’ perspectives according to gender, years of experience, variables. The most important recommendations were to strengthen the culture of leadership with love, as the way the principal's deal with teachers and parents contributes to the raising of school’s productivity.
