AU - الدميني، أحمد عبد الله AU - الشعبي، عبدة سيف AB - هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى الرضا النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعات اليمنية عن العملية التعليمية، وكذلك الكشف عن الفروق في مستوى الرضا النفسي لدى طلبة كليتي التربية (طور الباحة، وذمار) بجامعتي عدن وذمار تعزى لمتغيري (النوع والجامعة)، ولتحقيق ذلك تم إعداد استبانة وزعت على عينة من (236) طالبا وطالبة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 2018-2019. وللإجابة عن أسئلة البحث تم حساب المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعياري، للاختبار التائي T. Test. وأظهر البحث درجة رضا متوسطة للطلبة على أداة البحث ومحاورها ككل، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير النوع، كما يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجامعة، في محورين من بين محاور الأداة هما: محور المقررات الدراسية ومحور البيئة التحتية، ولصالح طلبة كلية التربية طور الباحة جامعة عدن. أهم ما أوصى به البحث توفير المتطلبات الأساسية لعضو هيئة التدريس خصوصا المرتب كأبسط حق من حقوق الإنسان وذلك كي يتمكن من تقديم خدمه تعليمية إيجابية ومثمرة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The current research aimed at identifying the level of psychological satisfaction among Yemeni university students on the educational process and its relationship to some variables. To achieve this aim, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to a sample of (236) that included both male and female students in the second semester of the academic year 2018-2019. To answer the research questions, the means and standard deviations were calculated. The ttest was also used as a second test. Research results revealed a medium degree of satisfaction for students on the research tool and its components as a whole. Results showed that there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable, however, there were statistically significant differences attributed to the university variable, in two of the tool' components (the academic courses and the infrastructure environment), and in favor of Tour Al-Baha college students of Aden University.
