AB - The study aimed to identify the degree of UNRWA school principals practicing meetings management in Gaza Governorates from their teachers’ perception, and to find if there were any statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample according to the following variables (sex, the years of service, specialization). To achieve the study objectives, the researcher used the analytical-descriptive approach and designed a questionnaire as a tool for the study, which contained three domains with (47) items. The study population was (2808) teachers from UNRWA preparatory school teachers in Gaza. The study sample comprised (388) teachers with percentage of 13% from study population. The researcher also used the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) to process the questionnaires. The study most important findings were as follows: 1) the degree of UNRWA school principals practicing meetings management in Gaza Governorates from their teachers’ perception was large with a percentage weight of (78.6%). 2) There were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of UNRWA teachers’ estimates to the degree of their principals practicing meetings management attributed to the variable of gender (male, female), while there were statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of specialization (science, art) in favor of art. Also, there were statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of the years of service (less than 5 years, 5 years to less than 10 years, 10 years and more) in favor of 5 years to less than 10 years. 3) The study presented a set of activating ways the most was good planning for the meeting before holding. Based on previous findings, the researcher proposed several recommendations, the most important of which were as follows: 1) Working to increase the number of school meetings, due to its importance in increasing the active cooperation between the school management and teachers. 2) Taking the teachers opinion in the school in defining the time, nature and the place of the meeting for its positive and psychological effect on the teachers and work for their rest.
