AU - النواش، هدى سعد عبد الله AU - العنزي، دلال عيد مصيبيح AU - منشي، لجين جميل أحمد AU - العريفي، هند سعد عبد الله AB - هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على دور الإرشاد المهني في توفير الأمن النفسي للطلبة الموهوبين في المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة الأحساء من وجهة نظر منسقي الموهوبين. وذلك من خلال الإجابة عن الأسئلة الآتية: ما الطرق المتبعة لإرشاد الطلبة الموهوبين مهنيا من وجهة نظر منسقي الموهوبين؟ وما الطرق المتبعة في توفير الأمن النفسي للطلبة الموهوبين من وجهة نظر منسقي الموهوبين؟ وما دور منسقي الموهوبين في توفير الأمن النفسي والحماية للطلبة الموهوبين من وجهة نظر منسقي الموهوبين ؟ وتكونت عينة البحث من (150) منسقا ومنسقة من معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بالمدارس الحكومية التابعة لإدارة التعليم بمحافظة الأحساء، للعام الدراسي (1443ه-2021م). حيث طبقت عليهم استبانة (إعداد الباحثات). وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن أغلب أفراد العينة متفقون على أن اتباع طريقة الزيارات الميدانية من أجل مساعدة الطلبة الموهوبين على اكتشاف ومعرفة ظروف ومتطلبات الوظائف المستقبلية تعد من أفضل الطرق الحالية المتبعة لإرشاد الطلبة الموهوبين مهنيا، كما أوضحت أن تعزيز مستوى الثقة لدى الطلاب الموهوبين من أكثر الطرق الفعالة في توفير الأمن النفسي والحماية لديهم، وأسفرت النتائج عن أن دور منسقي الموهوبين في توفير الأمن النفسي والحماية يكمن في تشجيع الطلبة الموهوبين على الإقدام وعدم التردد عند اختيارهم لمهنة معينة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed to identify the role of vocational guidance in providing gifted high school students with psychological security from their coordinators' point of view in Al-Ahsa City. This objective was achieved by addressing these questions: a) what ways can be followed to guide the gifted students from their coordinators' point of view vocationally? b) what ways can be followed to provide the gifted students with psychological security from their coordinators' point of view? and c) what is the role of the coordinators in providing the gifted students with psychological security and protection? The sample was composed of (163) coordinators (76 males and 87 females) form teachers of public high schools belonging to the administration of education in Al-Ahsa City in the school year 1443 -2021. Then, a questionnaire was administered to the sample. The results of the study showed that: the majority of the sample agreed that paying filed visits for helping gifted students to identify the conditions and requirements of future jobs was the best way to guide them vocationally; reinforcing the level of confidence with the gifted students' was the most effective way as it provided them with psychological security and protection; and the role of gifted students' coordinators in providing the gifted high school students with psychological security was a result of encouraging them to select a certain job with no hesitation.
