AU - الدردير، عبد المنعم أحمد AU - حسن، محمود محمد شبيب AU - السهلي، محمد بنــدر AB - تناول هذا المقال العوامل المؤثرة في الذات الإبداعية لدى المعلمين، واتبع الباحث المنهج النظري وذلك من خلال الإطلاع على مجموعة من الدراسات والأبحاث التي تناولت الذات الإبداعية، كما اعتمدت على مجموعة من الدراسات الإجنبية التي تناولت موضوع الذات الإبداعية، وعرض الباحث مشكلة البحث والتي تتركز في السؤال الرئيسي التالي: ما هى العوامل المؤثرة في الذات الإبداعية لدى المعلمين، وقام البحث بعرض نظري للذات الإبداعية من ناحية المفهوم والأهمية، وذلك من خلال معرفة فعالية الذات الإبداعية لدى المعلمين، والتعرف على العوامل التي تؤثر فيها، وهدفت الدراسة أيضا إلى التحقق من فاعلية الذات الابداعية Creative Self-efficacy لدى المعلمين وأهم العوامل المؤثرة عليهم.
