AU - الصيرفي، محمد عبد الوهاب AU - عبد الفتاح، عصام عطية AU - العقيلي، عثمان أحمد علي عبد الرحيم AB - The current research aimed to identify the theoretical foundations of the culture of quality and accreditation (concept - importance - characteristics), as well as to identify the reality of awareness of the culture of quality and accreditation, and the factors affecting it in Al-Azhar secondary institutes, and to achieve the goal of the study. The researcher used the descriptive approach, in addition to using the questionnaire as a study tool to find out the responses of the sample members (sheikhs of institutes - agents - and teachers) in Al-Azhar secondary institutes about the existence of obstacles that prevent awareness of the culture of quality and accreditation, in preparation for preparing a proposed strategy that works to develop awareness of the culture of quality and accreditation at Al-Azhar Secondary Institutes. Therefore, the current research is divided into five axes as follows: Firstly: Introduction to the research (research problem and its questions, research objectives, research importance, research methodology, previous studies and comments on them). Secondly: The theoretical foundations of a culture of quality and accreditation, and the requirements necessary to achieve comprehensive quality in Al-Azhar secondary institutes. Thirdly: The reality of awareness of the total quality culture and the factors affecting it in Al-Azhar secondary institutes. Fourthly: Field study procedures and results. Fifthly: A proposed strategy for developing awareness of a culture of quality and accreditation in Al-Azhar secondary institutes.
