AB - The study aimed to identify the reality of e-learning in Palestinian universities and its impact on educational outcomes in the light of the Corona pandemic, and to explain the impact of: gender, academic year, university, and place of residence on the reality of e-learning and the impact on e-learning outcomes. The electronic questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The sample size of the study was (90) students, who were randomly chosen, and the descriptive analytical method was used to analyze data and produce results. The results of the study indicated that the positives of e-learning in the Palestinian universities are medium, while the negatives of e-learning were high, as it turned out that the e-learning outputs were also medium. The results also indicated that there are no statistically significant differences in the reality of e-learning in Palestinian universities and its effect on education outcomes in light of the Corona pandemic, depending on gender, academic year and place of residence. While it was found that there are statistically significant differences according to the university variable, and in favor of Q.O.U students. The results indicated that the e-learning outputs change according to the positives and disadvantages of e-learning, as the advantages of e-learning increase by one degree, the output of e-learning increased by (0.913) degrees, and the more negatives of e-learning by one degree, the e-learning output decreased by (0.563) degrees. The study came out with several recommendations, including: (that Palestinian universities work to design educational materials that suit e-learning and keep pace with its requirements, train lecturers well on mechanisms and techniques for using e-learning, give equal opportunities to all students during the lectures, increase effective communication between the lecturer and students).
