The study used the descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of 75 employees of the district administration Asir educational, and the researcher committed to directing an interview and questionnaire for the employees of the administration, and the study used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data after applying it to employees of the administration who have experience of (3) years or more The study found many results, including the following: The presence of some laws and their application led to the success and continuity of the e-learning system (such as the commitment to physical spacing between employees one and a half meters, not moving between different work areas without disinfecting hands, wearing a face mask, not coming to the workplace in light of There is a suspicion of infection, or if there is a symptom of Corona). The institutions also face difficulties in employing e-learning, and their percentage from the viewpoint of the employees of the education department in Asir region reached 67,28 and the arrangement of these difficulties was as follows: difficulties related to educational administration, difficulties related to infrastructure and technical support, difficulties related to experience in the field of e-learning, as well as There are many administrative penalties that employees of departments must be careful of in order not to be applied to them, such as warning, blaming, and then deduction from the salary.
