Therefore, in every school year, many fields of activities are presented in each school that include religious, cultural, social, sports and artistic activities on the basis of correct religion, national sense, and proper planning, so that a good number of school students can benefit from them in order to invest their time in a way that benefits them , refine their talents, show their effort, demonstrate their skills, and build their personalities, so that they can become active members of society. One of the axes of planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating school activities is setting norms or standards to control all these stages; to achieve the quality of these activities; and to show them efficiency and effectiveness and to avoid errors or reduce their number in each of the above-mentioned stages. The school activities norms or standards also represent a set of guidelines agreed by educational and social experts concerned with such activities, and the school activities specialist must adhere to them, observe them, apply them, and take them into consideration when organizing these activities. This current research "educational and social standards for school activities (extra-curricular)" aims to shed light on these activities in terms of definition, importance, characteristics and types. The educational and social standards of these activities were also talked about in order to guide them in the planning, implementation and evaluation of these activities, which contributes to increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of these activities.
