AU - عبد المنعم، هناء حسين محمد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل كيفية هندسة (أرجونوميكا) رأس المال الاجتماعي بأبعاده المختلفة لتدعيم وتنمية الثقافة الريادية بمكوناتها الوجدانية والمعرفية والسلوكية؛ بما يتماشى مع التغيرات المتلاحقة التي يشهدها سوق العمل ومؤسساته وتقنياته، والتي جعلت للريادة دورًا مهمًا في ملاحقة هذه المتغيرات. فمن خلال القوة الناعمة التي يشكلها رأس المال الاجتماعي والدور الذي يلعبه في تحقيق فوائد اجتماعية واقتصادية مرغوبة فإنه من خلال هندسة (أرجونوميكا) رأس المال الاجتماعي يمكن تحقيق الدعم اللازم والمرغوب في تأسيس وتنمية ونشر الثقافة الريادية بين طلاب الجامعات المصرية وهم المنوط الأول الذي ينبغي التركيز عليهم لتلبية التوجه الريادي المنشود في هذه الآونة، خاصة في ظل الطابع المميز لرأس المال الاجتماعي بالجامعات المصرية الذي يجعل له سمات خاصة تميزه عن رأس المال الاجتماعي لباقي المؤسسات المجتمعية؛ بما يجعل من هندسته واستثماره أمرًا مهمًا لتحقيق فوائد جمة على رأسها تدعيم وتنمية الثقافة الريادية؛ وهو ما ينعكس على تنمية رأس المال البشري الذي يلتحق بسوق العمل وكذلك مايقوم به ويمارسه من أدوار اجتماعية مختلفة ويمثل طريقًا لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.
