AU - آل إبراهيم، محمد بن ناصر عقيل AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على معوقات استخدام نظام التعليم الإلكتروني أثناء جائحة كورونا كوفيد 19 من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة جازان، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ممثلا بالتكرارات والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، واستخدام اختبار (ت) ومعامل ألفاكرونباخ ومعامل بيرسون لقياس صدق وثبات الأداة، حيث وزعت إستبانة بمقياس ليكرت الثلاثي مكونة من (33) فقرة موزعة على خمسة محاورهي: (معوقات تتعلق بالجوانب الإدارية والمادية، معوقات تتعلق بكفايات أعضاء هيئة التدريس، معوقات تتعلق بالبنية التحتية للمنظومة المستخدمة في التعليم، معوقات تتعلق بالمنهاج، ومعوقات تتعلق بالطلاب من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس)،على عينة عشوائية طبقية من أفراد المجتمع الأصلي (جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة جازان ذكورا وإناثا) الذين خاضوا التجربة في ظل جائحة كوفيد 19 ثم اختيار عدد ممثل من الأفراد لكل فئة بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى للمتغيرات التالية (الجنس والخبرة والتخصص والرتبة العلمية) وفي ضوء تلك النتائج خرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات منها تشجيع أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلبة على تطوير وتنمية مهاراتهم في استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني من خلال الالتحاق بالدورات التدريبية، التركيز على تأهيل المختصين في الدعم الفني والتقني وتوسيع البنية التحتية وتوفير الخدمات الإلكترونية. (ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aims at identifying the obstacles to using E-learning during Covid-19 Pandemic from the perspective of Jazan University faculty members. To achieve the objectives, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach represented by frequencies, means and standard deviations. The study used the (T) tests, Cronbach’s alpha and Pearson factor to measure the reliability and consistency of the tool. A questionnaire based on the three-point Likert scale was distributed. It consists of (33) items in five categories (Obstacles related to the following: the administrative and material aspects, faculty competency, education infrastructure, curriculum, and students, from the faculty's perspective), and applied on random sample of the same population (all male and female faculty of Jazan University,) who experienced it during Covid-19 pandemic. The researcher selected representatives from each category randomly. The results show statistically significant differences between the average responses of the samples due to the following variables (gender, experience, specialty and academic rank). In light of these results, the study comes out with a set of recommendations and suggestions, including encouraging faculty and students to develop their skills in using e-learning by taking training courses, qualifying technical support individuals, expanding infrastructure and providing electronic services.
