AU - السليمي، حمود سعيد مسلّم AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد صعوبات برامج التنمية المهنية للقيادات المدرسية بمحافظة المهرة، ومتطلبات تطويرها، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، إذ تكوَّن المجتمع من جميع مديري ووكلاء المدارس في التعليم العام الحكومي في محافظة المهرة للعام 1438-1439هـ البالغ عددهم (312) منهم (158) مديراً و(154) وكيلًا. وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في كامل مجتمع الدراسة، وُزِعت عليهم استبانة مكوَّنة من (29) عبارة، إضافة إلى (20) خبيرًا من خبراء التنمية المهنية تم إجراء مقابلة معهم، وبعد إجراء التحليلات الإحصائية المناسبة. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: أن صعوبات تنفيذ برامج التنمية المهنية للقيادات المدرسية في محافظة المهرة جاءت بدرجة عالية، وأن درجة متطلبات تطوير برامج التنمية المهنية جاءت بدرجة أهمية عالية، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط إجابات القيادات المدرسية تعزى لمتغير: الجنس، والمسمى، الوظيفي. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to identify the difficulties of professional development programs for school leaders in Al-Mahra governorate, and the requirements for developing these programs. To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive survey approach. The study sample covered all school principals and deputy principals in government schools in Al-Mahra governorate during the school year 1438-1439 AH. The total number was 312 (158 principals and 154 deputies). In addition to that, 20 experts of professional development were interviewed. The questionnaire, which consisted of (29) statements, was distributed to all the participants. The study results revealed that the difficulties of implementing professional development programs for school leaders in Al-Mahra governorate received a high score, and the degree of requirements for developing professional development programs received a high degree of importance. There were also no statistically significant differences in the mean responses of school leaders attributed to the variable of gender and job title. The study concluded with a set of recommendations for professional development programs proposed by experts and those interested in professional development.
